While it’s true that you can’t yet shop to your heart’s content on Rodeo Drive or spend the night at a glamorous Beverly Hills hotel, all is not lost. You can, after all, learn some essential tips to living the good life thanks to the new web series Beverly Hills Home Hotelier. The seven-part series, created by the Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau (BHCVB), features everything from a celebrity-favorite salad served up at The Beverly Hills Hotel to a quick yoga session on the picturesque rooftop at SIXTY Beverly Hills.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors back to Beverly Hills as soon as people are ready to travel again,” says Julie Wagner, CEO of BHCVB. “As we wait for travel to resume, we hope that this video collection will inspire creativity, incite reminders of happy travel memories, and generate some excitement for what’s ahead.”
Remember the elegant hotel scenes in the 1990 movie Pretty Woman? They were inspired by the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, which also made a cameo for exterior shots. The property celebrates the film’s 30-year anniversary by sharing how to make The Feeling Pretty Cocktail—a blend of muddled raspberries, peach liqueur, vodka, and some surprising ingredients—with tips from Director of Food and Beverage Dan Myers.
