Now that the holiday season is in the books, it’s an excellent time to start planning for summer, and one of the best music festivals in California is happy to help: BottleRock Napa Valley announced its 2019 lineup today for the seventh annual festival, on May 24–26, with headliners Imagine Dragons, Neil Young, and Mumford & Sons.
The music, food, wine, and beer festival in downtown Napa combines top musical acts with culinary heavy hitters at the Napa Valley Expo. General admission tickets for the three-day weekend go on sale tomorrow, Jan. 8, at 10 a.m. PST, starting at $359. One-day tickets (starting at $159) go on sale Jan. 10 at 10 a.m. PST.
Beyond the crowd-pleasing headliners, a diverse collection of more than 80 acts will take to the five stages over the weekend, including Logic, Pharrell Williams, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, Cypress Hill, and Elle King, along with generation-crossers Santana and quirky additions such as Jeff Goldblum & the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra.
Musical acts aren’t the only stars, though. The lineup of gourmet food vendors always includes festival-sized offshoots of some of wine country’s best, such as Morimoto Napa, Bouchon Bakery, Mariposa Ice Creamery, and more. And while there is, no surprise, plenty of good wine from Napa Valley and beyond—there will be dozens of wine-tasting cabanas—the festival also offers a full craft beer lineup and a nicely curated Bourbon Bar.
The lineup for the festival’s Culinary Stage has not yet been released, but past chefs have included Richard Blais, Dominique Crenn, and Giada de Laurentiis, who have paired up with celebrities like Snoop Dogg and Ken Griffey, Jr. for themed cooking demos.
