The trees of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park will be filled with diverse musical sounds and tasty food offerings during Outside Lands (August 10–12). The Weeknd, Janet Jackson, and Florence and the Machine headline the 2018 festival, now in its 11th year. Three-day passes start at $375 for general admission and tickets go on sale Thursday, April 5, at 10 a.m. PDT. (Note: For the first time, layaway plans are available.) The festival has sold out every year since 2010, so act fast to grab tickets.
Musical acts span across multiple genres, including hip-hop, EDM, country, and indie and classic rock. Artists such as N.E.R.D., Odesza, and Carly Rae Jepsen join Beck, Bon Iver, CHVRCHES, Father John Misty, and Huey Lewis & The News on the roster.
The food lineup has not yet been announced, but the festival is known for having one of the best collections of vendors. (This is foodie-centric San Francisco, after all.) Find notable beer and wine offerings in themed lands—i.e. Beer Lands—and check out the GastroMagic stage, where favorite star chefs pair up with musicians for entertaining demos.
Below is a full list of the music lineup, which can also be found here.
