Commissioned by the British Journal of Photography and in partnership with Visit California, four different photographers spent 10 days traveling around California last fall for a project called "Meet California." Francesca Allen, Clément Chapillon, Ricardo Nagaoka, and Brant Slomovic documented their own unique perspectives of California life, showcasing everything from deserts covered in wildflowers to portraits of ballet dancers and park rangers who call the state home.
