CALIFORNIA’S WATERS ARE BETTER THAN YOURS 🧜🏼‍♂️🌊🌈Where I grew up, the ocean tried to kill you more than it did not. Some of the most dangerous rips in all of California, really cold water temps, and a lot of great white sharks. They call it ‘The Red Triangle’ (if you aren’t sure why, google at your own risk.....). So we didn’t swim in the ocean. But that is just one small part of California (and hear me, nothing stops surfers so you better believe people still get in the water sharks or not LOL). . . Splash forward to today. I’ve swam a considerable amount of different locations all up and down the California coastline. I even had the opportunity to take a good friend out yesterday who is NOT a fan of ocean swims. The ocean was kind to her 🌊🐬😜 . . I spent A LONG TIME writing up a super helpful, occasionally hilarious, blog on my top 9 ocean swim spots all along California. It has swim by swim directions, distance adjustments if you want to go far or short, things to do in the area, water temps, IT HAS GOT IT ALL!!!! 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼I would be PUMPED if you could comment below your favorite beach in California and why. I might do a follow up to this article, and I also might want to go swim where you suggest!!!! The blog in on my website, just click link in bio. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 Tag any friends who might find this info helpful! . . . . . . . . . . . . . #oceanswimming #placestoswim #californiaadventure #owswimming #openwater #T26 #yeahbuoy #swimcap #mermaidlife #katiegodec #trilife #trilifefitness #surfinggirl #surfsup #swimlessons #USATcoach #blueskies #earlybird #saltwater #optoutside
