Set your alarms tomorrow, Jan. 4, for 11 a.m. PT. That's when passes to this year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival go on sale. If you want to be a part of the excitement in Indio this year, you’ll have to act fast—last year, passes sold out within 3 hours.

General admission tickets to Coachella 2019 start at $429. The Festival Pass and Shuttle Combo is $509, and VIP Festival Passes are $999. For more information on pass types and to purchase yours, visit coachella.com.

Organizers released the lineup of top acts this week for the two-weekend event that will take place April 12–14 and April 19–21 at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, near Palm Springs. You can see the lineup below.

Headliner Childish Gambino will perform Friday nights, Tame Impala leads on Saturday nights, and Ariana Grande takes the big state on Sunday. Other highlight performers include Janelle Monae, the 1975, Diplo, Rufus Du Sol, Solange, Kid Cudi, Weezer, Khalid, and many more.

Once you've secured your tickets, make it a mission to plan your weekends in Greater Palm Springs. Choose from the desert region’s hip, classic, or purely luxurious resorts, peruse chic neighborhoods, or extend your trip to explore the San Andreas Fault from the back of a jeep. There will be a lot of folks in town for the Festival, so get planning early.

If you miss out on Coachella passes, don't despair—you can still get a taste of that festive Coachella vibe throughout April at plenty of local events like swanky pool parties and exclusive fashion shows.
