There is so much to see while driving Westbound on the I-10 from Palm Springs to San Bernardino !

You'll want to stop by Oak Tree Village to enjoy a hearty breakfast in one of several great home-style cooking restaurants, where special recipes are prepared during their apple and raspberry seasons. If it is near the fall season, you can even pick a bushel of apples for munching along your road trip.

Return to the I-10 Westbound until you reach the city of Redlands. Just past the I-210 Freeway, you'll want to stop by the San Bernardino County Museum , which schedules fascinating year-round exhibits and showcases the region's history.

Continuing along the I-10, follow the freeway signs directing you to the official California Welcome Center in San Bernardino, where concierge-style consultants will help you plan the next leg of your road trip. Play a tune on the authentic juke box or buy some cool California, Route 66 and NASCAR souvenirs while you check your e-mails at the Internet Cafe. The Welcome Center is located right off of Hospitality Lane, where there are over 20 restaurants and nice hotels to select for the night.
