For nearly 30 years, the wines Adam Tolmach produced in his Ojai Valley winery (most from Santa Barbara County grapes) earned kudos from critics and consumers. What he didn’t have was a tasting room. But now he does: a charmingly restored former firehouse in downtown Ojai, where you can sample his celebrated vintages all for yourself. Open daily noon to 5; fee charged for tastings.
